Choosing Between Mutoh Platforms
UV Flatbed vs. Eco-Solvent
XpertJet UV flatbed images onto rigid and irregular substrates with UV-cured CMYK + white + varnish. ValueJet eco-solvent images onto flexible roll substrates with odour-friendly MS41 ink. Rule of thumb: rigid goes flatbed, roll goes eco-solvent.
DTF vs. Sublimation
Mutoh DTF prints transferable graphics for cotton, poly, blends, leather and nylon at small-batch economics. Sublimation remains the fastest path for 100% polyester soft-signage, sportswear and trade-show fabric at scale.
