Contact form fields: name, company, work email, country, product interest, daily volume, substrate description. Server logs: IP address, browser fingerprint, referrer URL and pages visited. Cookies: session state only, no third-party advertising trackers.
Primary purpose: to route your substrate inquiry or demo booking to the nearest authorized Mutoh dealer who can legally supply equipment in your jurisdiction. Secondary purpose: aggregated traffic analysis to improve site usability.
Individual inquiries are shared with exactly one authorized Mutoh dealer per inquiry — the regional partner matched to your shipping zip code or country. We do not sell, rent or share contact data with third-party marketing lists, advertising networks or data brokers.
Inquiry records are retained for 36 months to support follow-up dealer communication and warranty-history reconstruction, after which they are purged unless you have entered into a purchase relationship with a Mutoh dealer (in which case dealer record retention applies).
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. EU and UK residents receive full GDPR / UK-GDPR rights; California residents receive CCPA rights. Requests are processed within 30 calendar days.
